Who is Vilioti Press?

Vilioti Press is the name of my Publishing business.

I always wanted to use ‘Vilioti’ for something of mine. Initially intended for a Clothing Design brand, I turned it into the brand for my Magazines. Soon after, I started creating Books and collaborating with Writer Jimmy Vargas. That is when ‘Vilioti Press’ was developed and stayed.

Although The Golden Lounge Magazine was still a name I liked, upon further research, it was a label too commonly used, and I had to step away from it. This didn’t mean the content in the Magazines was going to change, only the front cover.

So, what does Vilioti mean? Vilioti means ‘to seduce’ in Lithuanian. Why not take advantage of that and use it?

Since changing to Vilioti, yes, the Magazines had slowed down, and a new direction into Books became the next big thing! Collaborating with Jimmy Vargas, we brought out our first book under Vilioti Press, ‘Vilioti Vintage’, a book full of interviews with the world’s greatest neo-vintage creatives. After that we then published ‘Vilioti Noir’, interviews with the neo-noir creatives of our time, to then expanding Vilioti Vintage by adding more interviews and creating ‘Vilioti Vintage Vol. 1’ and ‘Vilioti Vintage Vol. 2’. Many more were created and are still going today.

Keep your eyes peeled on the revamp of the Noirvana Series, coming soon.
